Opinion of Destiny So Far?

My opinion is that the pve is pretty good, not enough loot from hidden chests and the reward system isn't the whole team or based on performance so its kinda weird, I really don't like the pvp everything but he level matters, which means if son1 has a powerful weapon and younger into a firefight, well my friend good luck, one map I can't remember specifically but my team got one sided by vehicles, I continuously destroyed them but I couldnt get my team to recover from the constant vehicles on the other side, maybe balancing the vehicles could help, other than that, I honestly really enjoy the game, it seems pretty naked but fits only a beta, so I'm definitely excited for the actual game and plan on being active on it, I also wanna thank Gemini328 for just randomly giving me the code and allowing me to experience this awesome beta, sorry I haunt played with any one much, I go AFK a lot because my son is quite sick n gets grumpy or frustrated quite easily because of it, he is only 3 after all, plz post what ur opinion is of the game, hope to see u guys in the tower sometimes!!

I'm really enjoying the beta...a lot. I'm still battlefield at heart but this is a nice change with many elements I find pleasing.

You're right...the loot is pretty light at the moment but that feeling when you get a blueprint drop...it's like Christmas and oooooh what could it be??

I like how squads seem to form organically and the public events are quite cool.

I like the bounties...simple concept but they're basically challenges.

I've not tried pvp yet...I'm not visiting the guy in the Tower just yet...want to explore more. And there is so much to explore! Just randomly wandering around and the environment really is very big.

I look forward to the full game and all the treats.

I wish there was a higher level gap like stop at level 20...but that's just me..I can't wait until the real game you can get it downloaded now!

might passerino on this one, at least initially. wasn't a fan of the graphics the longer i played and really stared at things like walls, it felt cartoony which works with a game like Borderlands where that is what the game is going for but i don't think it was what Bungie was going for. AI wasn't very good either, at least on normal enemies - i would shot a guy, he'd run behind cover and i would just run around the other way and melee him while he just kinda looked at me. the whole set up - skills, items, weapons - felt eerily like Defiance. it felt very underwhelming for me.

It scares me that you compared to defiance because that game was hella bad.

The more I play, the more I find that's new. The graphics will probably get a better spread in the full version, and the weapons I've got for 20 are so OP its ridiculous... I like the public events that drop, especially the devil walker... Didn't preorder, and wasn't, till Mechro gave me a code. Now I just need some orders in my blacksmith shop ;-)
