Why is It Wrong To Be a Gamer?

Well my parents think I'm gonna end up like those idiots who copy GTA or spend 3 days straight playing. .

I did have a seizure back in the day and it was because I didn't eat the whole day and played. But now I rarely play for longer than 3 or 4 hours a session. I rather be at home than lurking in the streets where you have idiots with guns n shit.

It's my home away from home. CAG is like family and I have to play in order to connect besides I took a break earlier this year.

By point you don't always have to be every single day just be on a schedule.

No, I don't think it's wrong to be a gamer. I will be a gamer til the day I die. I'm going to be 43 in a few months and I don't see in my future that I will stop being a gamer. Society has the thought of gamers being lazy because some bad apples stay in their room and play 24/7 with just bathroom breaks. Most gamers arent lazy. Society needs to stop judging people.

I agree with Phoenix. Before Titanfall, and CAG, I was actually suffering from a mild depression which was affecting both work and relationships. Gaming, and especially online gaming I'd say, is very relieving.

I used to get a lot of hassle from my friends bc all i do outside of work (which is the gym) is play in our city league football or video game for the most part. I work hard for my money and I don't want to waste it going out clubbing and drinking. I like the ability to have extra money around just in case my son sees something that he really wants or needs, if something goes wrong with my truck, etc.
people think just bc you sit at home and play a video game that it makes them more superior when in fact it makes them inferior bc we don't need to get shit faced at a bar to have fun and unwind. I personally use it as a release from stress, and a way to stay smart financially.

Also my parents almost pulled my commitment for soccer because at the time I was doing competitive...They thought that I liked that more than sports..thats why I had to stop even though I love sports more than anything...Now before and after I play I do my daily core to show them that I still care

the only thing i like about the bar is there is always a chance of fuckin - which i can't do in Battlefield - and the chances are higher than average because the moar drinks they have the better i look.
