Reqs For Titanfall Marksman?

I was just wondering what are the exact requirements for join CAG on the Titanfall, as if I was a recruit for this side

All good bro. You can get the medal now if you want. Your just not a recruit so their is no probation cuz you completed your entry marksmen on ghost
