Kilo Company Listen Up!

It has been brought to my attention that while playing ghosts sometimes CAG members are muting other CAG members in game, not helping other members obtain medals, belittling, being hurtful and not listening to Squad Leaders, Fireteam leaders, etc. etc.. Let me say this once and ONLY ONCE. CAG and Kilo Company will not accept this this type of behavior AT ALL. I will not accept this type of behavior from any one. We all know the rules if not read the Code of Conduct. I will be holding every member of Kilo Company and any other members of CAG playing Ghosts on the 1 accountable for their actions in game. Failure to follow rules will result in MAJOR reprocussions. Here is a link to find out the rules if you dont allready know them even if you do it wouldnt help for a refresher.

ok I read this before work this morning and took the day to think about this and I total agree with Nut

But I need to put in my 2 cent worth on it now

ok on the belittling and being hurtful to other this should not happen at all and I know we like to pick around and may take it a little to far at times but I do believe most of the time it is all in fun and not meant to be hurtful or belittling

If some thing does bother you please pm or message the one doing it and ask them to stop and that you do not like it. (even if is a higher ranking person even me for example) And then if they do not take it to your Chain of Command and it will be handled from there.

Helping people with medals especial recruits Marks Badge should always take priority over the rest of the teams kills. If they are in your lobby you should be helping them get their kills to get their badge instead of how many kills you can get. I have already addressed this is a lobby with several of you all already. So that should be the end of that. If some one is in the lobby is going for another medal and you are in there you should be helping that person as well. If it was you would you not want your team helping you earn your medals as well?

If you are in a lobby the highest ranking person is in charge of that lobby unless they pass charge to the next rank or name a specific person to lead the charge into battle. We do this to see how well others lead the team so we can determine if that person is leadership material or if we need to train them more. Ignoring orders in a lobby will not be tolerated and action will be taken.

Ok. Now to address the muting of other team mates. No this should not be happening BUT when you are in a part of 6 and some one joins the chat ( We have to use Party Chat on the One due to Mic issues ) and sits there and chatters away will the team is in a lobby trying to do Call Outs and we can not here each other then that is why they got muted.

This is even going on if that person or people are in the game with us as well. Even when some one says some thing about the chatter during games ( ie: CAG GypsyOutlaw ) they continue to chatter. Even in per-game lobbies they barely let any one get a word in. This is way they got muted. So from here on out no muting team mates, and if you are asked 1 time to stop chatter while in a Party Chat or during a game and you continue, you will be asked to leave the Party Chat and or Game Lobby.

It is not fair to the other 5 people on the team to miss a call out in game or not be able to chat in pre-game due to some one chatter boxing all the time.

And I will back Nut Job and the others on this 100%
