I agree with you MoB on the canned reply with the CAGr, but you told him 3 days ago and Blame told him twice. All it takes is a minute or 2 to change. I will take some of the blame because when I confirmed and verified the battle reports. I miss it too.

@HG were you told to put the CAGr when you were a recruit. Every member in Whiskey Company has been told to put the CAGr when they were a recruit. It is our responsibility as member to tell the recruits to do this.

I was not told to do this. During my recruitment process I went to my clan tag and put CAG with no r. I actually never knew that existed until we recruited insanemexboy and saw his clan tag with an r and asked about it.

I will say I am surprised that he got denied due to this, and I agree this should be more clear in the initial message to recruits. However this process does show how well a recruit can understand and take instructions. This really isn't a big deal Redemence plays with us a lot and can easily redo his 350 kills.

So what happens to Redemence. Because I feel personally that he shouldn't have to redo his post or marksman. He was excited to join and be a full CAG member especially to play FIFA with you guys. I feel like we failed to communicate with him.

I do as well feel that we could of communicated better! But he has a iPhone and he could of downloaded battlelog and done it on there easily.

I will take responsibility for this seeing I game with him everyday and I could of walked him through how to do it.
I mean he knew how to do it cause he stated that he was just waiting to be accepted as a full member to add the tag. He stated that it would be the easiest way for him to add it when he was accepted.

My two cents may not mean much but I don't think he should of been turned away cause of this. I know with myself now I will make sure this gets done.

HG I sense you feel very strongly about this. What I will say is that the recruitment process is an ever changing entity that is influenced by people such as yourself. We willingly take feedback on the process and are always looking to improve it. We have already modified the recruitment message to include the CAGr rule. Discussions like this are good and healthy and never meant to create bad blood or controversy. I think the problem here is that is has been felt that the recruit was told on more than one occasion to change the tag and it did not happen. With every new recruit even the leadership here has lessons to learn about how issues should be dealt with. I feel like a precedent has been set here and it is unfortunate that it had to be on your friend and a long time player with us in Redemence. However the fact is right now the application is denied and there is no way to renew a past application. The officers have decided Marksman needs to be redone and we need to comply. Sometimes higher up decisions are not what we want but that is part of being involved with a CoC, which is essential to keeping the order and peace. I strongly wish I had my X1 to help Redemence with redoing Marksman but I have faith that he and you guys will prevail by showing you respect the CoC and quickly knocking out the 350 kills again with the CAGr attached. We respect your opinion and feedback HG and thank you for sticking up for what you believe in. We promise and are committed to handling this issue better in the future.
