Remember everyone has a voice just think on how you would like the clan to be. What areas do you think we need to focus.

You gotta think that your gonna have different types of gamers with different types of CAG when he or she applies to join the clan. Some may look for a family / brotherhood. Others may want a competitive team etc you just gotta find the right balance. We do have a Facebook, twitter and YouTube but we either don't have time or aren't committed and I'm one of them who attempted to bring CAG out there so to speak. That's on the advertising side.

I am with Fundy on this one, I see people on when I get on. I play w MoB quite a bit, occasionally on FIFA, but for the most part there is a group that plays almost every night. Where I definitely agree we need work is forum activity. I have actually gone through the last 2 weeks and pulled numbers for forum posts on a company level and well the results are not great. The request that Bear made in his fine tuning that a handful of people agreed w and the rest have not been on to see is still only actually being followed by 3 people....maybe. Just saying

From my point of view in regards to the battlefield side of things I wouldn't mind stamping a mark to make forum requirements a must for anyone that wants access to join.this would need to be talked about through the right channels but to me everything starts with CAG's forums.someone that is always active in forums is someone that wants to be involved and therefore would also portray these qualities in game also.
It would def mean that selection process of recruits coming into CAG scrupulous and a lot stricter ie low standard of forum activity would equal app denial.
On the flip side this would spilt the ppl that we do have that want to game casually as in little to no forum activity and things do need to be kept fair for everyone.
To me every single game of battlefield should be played to a high standard where comms,call outs,domination in squads are top of the list for everyone but everyone has different opinions and are allowed to voice them by right.

Or how about if we make somewhat of a scavenger hunt for recruits similar to what Merzin8 did.

As of the veteran members at the end of the day some people who join they can play without having to be on the forums (don't know if that's still I'm effect) if they don't participate in the forums they don't know the news etc n miss out on the promotions or random giveaways. So I think the solution to that turnaround is having weekly checkups on them and having some gaming time with them.

Forums is like the Pentagon the clans nervous system of information.

Alls we have to is bridge the gap between the consoles and forums once you have that connection and the applicants see that then the rest will fall into place.

as far as i can see its all good for me when ever ive logged on theres always 2 or 3 people online i could jump on with and most nights we have a full squad going with call outs in game being made and everyone working together ive had 2 tactical precision this week as have most of the squad ive been with for me its running like clock work.

simply requiring people to post isn't going to change things, they could just make their posts and disappear like they do now.

the recruits need to be looked at more closely and actually evaluated because there is no evaluation. right now its "get 350 kills post a couple times and your good" ... do you honestly think that's a quality evaluation?

its easy to tell who is going to disappear when guys only make their required amount of posts and the pretty much stop. i guarantee some of these guys on the roster don't even know they are members...

this is a CASUAL CLAN again so we can't force people to play or post on the forums so if they become inactive without them giving notice then they will be removed from CAG..

if people are missing from squads my questions is who is doing the roll calls, find out what these guys are doing and why they are inactive in that squad.
