Hey Guys,

I want to hear from everyone (Enlisted and Officer) how we can improve CAG. We all know we need improvements.
So let's open the floor for discussion

I'm not doing this for spot light perks or recognition.

You guys want to be voted as the NUMBER 1 CLAN, now it's time to live up to that standard.

In my view I think were good but that's because I haven't really been back long enough to know what's going on.

Generally...I'd say we're good too however, there are always points where we can tighten up.

Large parties require discipline. Nothing wrong with chit chat...but when the rounds start coming down range, it's time to get your game face on. As has been discussed before...communication and squad play is key. A squad is a squad for a reason. When the final klaxon sounds...then we can holler as much as we like.

Retaining good people and encouraging new members to participate on the forum. It would seem that we've had a batch of new members come in and earn their Dogg tags...post a bit...then go dark. It is still the same group of members that keep up and participate on the forums.

The biggest one for me personally is respect and fairness to others. I think we've got this part down pretty good...so long as the standard remains high and is encouraged throughout.

Ultimately, we all know this is a hobby and not everyone will take to it like others....we all just want to have fun with other like minded people...but while under the CAG banner...behave and conduct as CAG expects.

It's difficult retaining good people. But that's just the process we have yo go thro

People go dark after completing their marksmanship budge and Dogg BAdge because it's to easy. You don't have to work for it.

as far as i can see its all good for me when ever ive logged on theres always 2 or 3 people online i could jump on with and most nights we have a full squad going with call outs in game being made and everyone working together ive had 2 tactical precision this week as have most of the squad ive been with for me its running like clock work.

I agree I don't think the entry requirements are that easy but o can certainly said this at first we would get invites now it just seems hardly anyone send invites even big parties the only invites I personally receive still are rainy or pawz not where have I v ever receive one game invite from my squad leader which brings me to a very important point if we want to retain people squad leaders since they have leadership should at least make an effort to send invites bcuz to be honest half the time in here I join a party on my own.Bcuz it feels like the same people tend to do clicks n like your intruding bcuz they A. Notice you like too late b. Nobody lisent to your call outs. Heck 2 days I saw some of you playing n I jump in said hello nobody awnser so I kept quiet then someone was like ooh I didn't notice suaveee.Im like I said hello..n then someone decide to be a smart ass n said well you need kills to be notice here..I'm like wtf okay since when did bf became kill death ratio game..i never exp anything like that when I play with raz. Or chez or pawz or mob that really disappointed me has member n frankly if it were up to me I would take a look at the roster and our forums and do massive clean up and reorganize and have squad leaders step up.Bcuz personally I played with everyone on my squad but none of us have ever played with our squad leader I dunno if that's bcuz of time zones or something but yeah that's my exp so far with the clan.

I haven't seen that many people online except for my Whiskey Co faithful. CAG Rz, CAG Raz, CAG Bear.

My Squad has went missing I think I've seen a couple on assume milk cartons. I've even got threads that they don't rely back to

One word...advertising. I don't know how it's done now but I would be very curious as to how everyone is going about it. I think a standard copy and paste paragraph we could all agree with that explains CAG, what it means to be a member, ect would be very useful. Also a list of all the sites that promote clan recruitment would help. Also a place on the forum that we could talk about where we promoted the site. I'm saying this because before I looked at the top 100 clans site I didn't know CAG existed and I still get a lot of people asking me what is CAG in lobbies. Another thing that would be very useful would be a CAG YouTube channel that streams our matches while someone comments on what CAG is doing or lets em here us doing our call-outs. This is how Optic and Faze got so huge.

As for the requirements to get in: I think we're just fine. If you want to be a member you have to put forth the effort. Besides the Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert medals only make you a better player.

People are gonna come n go it's the way of life. But as far advertising goes it's in the works that I will start live streaming along with others who will join me along the way. Our goal is to simply advertise CAG. Just have to come up with ways on how to be an effective streamer. I think it starts there and the rest will take shape.
