Good Morning Gentlemen,

Recently, our Platoon Commander CAG SGT Bear, announced that I would be taking over as Fireteam 1 Leader. I believe there was also a little shuffle there as well. Regardless, the current roster for Fireteam 1 based on the thread below, is:

I am thankful for this promotion and hope to serve you as best I can. Now then, down to brass tacks. I have a very active persona about me, that may seem too much at times, and I apologize if you feel that way. I want to start with this, because I feel it is most important. I maintain an open-door policy. If you feel at any time that I am the shitiest leader you have ever seen, I invite you and implore you to tell me so. If you think I should go and lay in traffic, and that I am absolutely terrible, by all means. Let me know. I will not get offended as everyone is entitled to their opinion. I do wish for some constructive criticism as to how I have failed you, because I do not wish to be your punching bag, because you were not hugged enough as a child. After hearing said criticism, I will work with the leaders above me, to have you transferred out of my group. Now, with that being said. I try and maintain a fun and relaxing environment within the confines, rules, regulations and requests of the people above and even below me at all costs. I try and remain as by the book as they come, and I will never lie. I refuse to. I also, maintain, that I will tell you the truth no matter how much you do or do not want to hear it.

Now, in a thread posted by our Platoon Commander, Mr. Bear a couple weeks ago, he has requested some things from each rifleman within the platoon.

Forum Posting - I expect all Squad Leaders and Fireteam leaders to post at least 25 times a week or risk losing your spot. For rifleman, I expect 12 post a week or be transferred to the casual squad. We have to lead by example. This is not a standard or rule of CAG, this is my rule and my standard.

When the numbers came in, you guys had some of the higher numbers from around the platoon from last week. So I do not think this will be a total problem. I would like to see a little more posting though. Just so we can stay within a decent spectrum of what he is asking for. Posting is super easy and for the most part you can use Tapatalk. Which makes it almost too easy. There are constantly new people joining, so there are constantly new threads to welcome new members to. I invite you also to get involved everywhere else on the forums too. Like I said, we are mostly OK, but even if we could all aim for like 7 posts each in the next week. I feel that even though it is not what was asked it will be a step in the right direction and then we can work up to 12. Everyone did 25 in the first 2 weeks here, so, this is not terrible.

Moving Forward

One thing within CAG that allows members to move through the ranks are the awards for weapon level. All of you have your marksmen, and from what I see posted, that's where everyone stands currently. The next award to go for from this point, is called the BF3 Rifleman, which you get the exact same way you got your marksman.

BF3 Rifleman
1. Must Complete the Marksman Badge First.
2. Choice of class and weapons.
3. Must have 300 kills.
4. Must be done in TDM/Rush/Domination
5. No explosive kills or vehicles kills in (Rush).
6. Must be paired off with a Full CAG Members to confirm requirements are met.
7. Must provide link to Battlelog.

For most of you, I would imagine, this just comes down to submitting a log from the weeks previously, as I see you guys on all the time. And if you ever want to get a game going, I will do my best to make sure I am on, to help with this, as much as I can. Personally my goal is to see all of you with your experts in say 2 months. Which should be cake, if we work together. After you achieve your Rifleman, you can move onto your SS and then expert.

I realize this is a lot of stuff to read and I appreciate your time. I hope you guys enjoy my company as much as I enjoy yours, and I hope everything works out, and we can knock out these weapon levels. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for the post bud, love shootin with you, and het along well with all members. I'll work on keeping my posting up, its just hard to find anywhere where I have valid input or topics. Maybe I should start a show-off thread for my shop... That's something that's never end.

Also, my awards will be a little tough until I can fix my broke computer, hopefully next month!

I regards to time, I have very, very little, but will be on whenever I can! I'm currently involved in three extremely high end, intricate builds for events in a part of, and have some orders as well. This should calm around September, after my journeycraftsperson test, which I also have 6 blades to make for... Pressure this summer in me, so wish me luck everyone!

sounds good ill start posting more frequently in the bf4 forums also im liking this squad set up and thankyou you for puting me in your squad merz also i know posting is important but im want to know if working on getting medals is going to be required as well if so i will get right to it after im done geting my 500 kills with every weapon im glad to say im more then half way done

sorry it took me a while to comment ive been busy lately and my is going crazy with spy ware i fixed most of it though also what was the name of that spy ware removal you told me about

To start, medals are not required, unless you want to rank up within CAG. Or if you want to be on certain teams within CAG in the future sometimes your rank within CAG is taken into consideration. So its up to you. But a requirement just to be here not at all.

As far as the spyware removal goes. When I clean a computer at work I use ComboFix, CCleaner and either Malwarebytes FREE or Super Anti Spyware

Alright guys, I went over some post numbers for FT1 and this is where we are:

Granted we did better than the other fireteams. Its still not where we need to be. I have talked to everyone except Rainy who has been working alot. Good luck with your work Rainy, I hope everything is going well. I know a couple of you are interested in working on your weapon badges, and a couple with no interest at all. Keep in mind, they are not required, but they are helpful. Most of all they show dedication. Thats not to say people are not dedicated, but it goes hand in hand. Most of you guys have the games, you just have to post them. I will help in any way I can. And as always if there is anything I can do for you, I will do in the best of my ability. We are a team.

So, if everyone could at least get 5 posts in a week. You all did 25 posts in 2 weeks. Surely 5 is not death by forums here. I do not ask you to post as much as I do. It would be awesome. But Baby steps turn to great steps.
