New Headphones

I ordered these today because they seemed nice enough, sweet paintjob and 33% price cut.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but I had too many bad experiences with Madcatz to ever order one of their products again. I hope for your sake these prove me wrong. Did you watch any Youtube reviews about them before you got em'?

No, I did not. The reason I got them was mainly because of the price-cut. I would never have impulse bought anything like that for the full price.

Also, I'm not very critical of quality of sound or things like that. Since getting the adapter, I've tried my iPhone buds and a pair of $20 headphones I got for free from work, and I've been satisfied with the sound in those. I just wanted a cheap headset that would give me both stereo sound and chat functionality (Apple uses a different standard for audio-in than most companies, if the buds mike had worked I would've stuck it with those).

I don't think you're raining on my parade, just trying to help me being a smart consumer and I appreciate that. I just happen to have a lot lower standards than most. I don't know if that's a good or a terrible thing, to be honest.

A bit too much "dirty Militia scum" for me to be completely satisfied, but yeah, basically all Titanfall-headsets have that bloody orange on it. If they'd have had it in IMC grey/blue, I would've gotten those instead.

That paintjob is awesome. I look forward to your review, although I'm kinda in the same boat as Joe although I've never used a madcatz headset but I have used other madcatz products and only had bad experiences
