Rage Quitting

It has been brought to my attention that we have members in Whiskey Company rage quitting. I'm not going to call any members out or say if it's xbox1 or 360. Rage quitting goes against CAG's Code of Conduct. I am giving everyone a warning. If caught again, you will face disciplinary action. We at CAG are not quitters. We suck it up and keep fighting. Rage quitting will not be tolerated and it disrespect the code of conduct for CAG. I hope to never hear about this again.

Not only has it happen on BF, but also COD. Rage quitting is not acceptable if you just worry about your K/D & Win/loss ratio, then you do not fit this Clan.

I think the reason CAG members rage quit is because of the non communication that goes on in parties. Trying to call shit out but get donned our by UN NEEDED conversations. I in no way at all condone rage quiting on any game whatsoever.
Needless to say people do do it and have their reasons for it but that does not mean that it's right.
Rage quiting is a breach of the code of conduct and if caught will result in dismissal.
My suggestion is if u are in a game and there are problems that may lead to yourself doing something stupid like rage quitting,please finish of the game as this will not brand yourself.then raise the said issue to a higher ranking officer using your chain of command to get the issue resolved.
The chain of command will not work properly if u don't use it properly.

I don't mind hearing about other CAG members personal lives in a specific setting. Such as between games or if the party is small and everyone doesn't mind (3 or less is my personal cut off for any personal chit-chat). If you have a problem with the chit chat in game I would encourage any member to politely speak up and direct the focus to call outs.

However lately we have had a bigger problem with players disrespecting party air time by extensively arguing with other CAG members. As well as provoking other CAG members after killing them in game in the setting where we all can't get on the same team. This is unacceptable and next time I hear it I will make a strong attempt to silence it.

Lets keep party chat a positive experience for everyone.
