Might Not Be Around For a While

Quick update guys.
Cars looks like its totalled and iv only had it a year.was just me in the car thank god.
On my part I'm damn sore,neck,lower back,upper back,down my right arm an right side of my face.gonna get to the docs tomorrow as is wait extensive hrs just to be sent home with pain killers.

The guy that I collided with sharply stopped infront of me for no apparent reason as he had no indicator on.the ground was wet and gritty and once I break the car continued sliding right into the back of him.
After we exchanged details I found out that he was turning into the right into his driveway but didn't use any indicator.
I told this to my insurance comp but they said even though he might not have indicated I still hit the back of him which indicates to them that I was driving to close to stop safely.
I do hold my hands up,it was me who rear ended him but I do know he wasn't indicating when he said he did.

Car don't look to bad, but it being plastic it may be totaled. All in all everyone is alive and breathing so thank god for that.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter how far you are from someone. If you collide with them from behind it's automatically your fault(Bullshit I know). Glad that your okay dude.
