Seriously, sounds like the prick deserved/needed a good beating. I wouldn't want to live in a society where being punched to a nosebleed and then the self-defence being seen as a reason to lose your job. But yeah, good you're with a Union at least. A lot of people aren't, and when this kind of shit happens they have no back-up at all. Good on you for being clever.
And yeah, if you'll be gone you will be sorely missed. I mean, I have to put up with Bookers shenanigans unhindered now?
