Read and understood sir bear nice work I like the squad an fire team leaders post count that is a great way for our members to be active and if they do not make the 25,12 post count then yes demotion will be made that's a nice call and for the chatter if this continues the said member will get kicked from the party and if you have non CAG friends in a party an a CAG member can't join because there is no room non CAG players will be kicked from party to make room for CAG members... Your doing a great job bear keep it up bro... I knew we made the right decision with you...

got it sounds good and also bear do you have any idea if we will ever get a competitve team going because there are courtly level bf4 tourtaments going on every week also we should do more scrims aganist each other in the CAG server to play for tactiful and learn to follow orders better also give squad leaders practice in giving out order also play against each other can tell us want we need to learn still

We had to disband competitive as there was no commitment by players.

There was a lack of commitment by players where this was before. This has only been attempted on the X360 side thus far. Is this information accurate?

Perhaps rather than kill the hopes of all, we should inquire to the rest of the company?

There was a meeting to get the X1 comp going but few people showed up, IIRC (this was maybe a couple of months ago)

If I were to consider competitive, I would want a more stable and fair game than what BF4 has to offer. Comp on BF4 is nothing more than headglitching. If Hardline turns out to be more stable and fair, then I would feel more comfortable putting the effort in towards a competitive team.

In a game the other night, one of my riflemen asked me if we were going to do comp. I replied I did not know but this was my method of inquiry. As it seems and I would agree with Nesty the BF4 is not the game for this due to all the glitches and w Hardline around the corner maybe we can start fresh.

But its all based on the active members. IMO we have a ton of casual members and very few active ones. When I say active, I am referring to both in game and on forums. I feel what makes you part of a group is to utilize both otherwise you are just a gamer. As a group, being active on both should be more of a priority. We keep talking about being more strenuous on recruits and I am not convinced that is the issue. Recruits do their requirements or they don't make it in. Its members we have that get in and then disappear. But just suggestions.
