Watch Dogs - Like Or Dislike ?

I picked up the game last week not knowing anything about it , played it for a few hours and the campaign is kinda addictive . The game play is not bad , I think .
So with that said I want to know from the few that are in CAG and have the game please take the time to post up what you think about the game and maybe we can get a few more of our brothers to bust out there wallets and buy the game .

What do you think of the game Country...can you give more details? I wanted to get it but then I read some pretty bad reviews of the game and I was like WTF! ...

Well first off I love the 3rd person view , always have since socom . On the one the game movement is smooth not like GTA5 where it feels like you can only move on two axis . When driving in the cars they have a bit of a GTA5 feel but more controlled . The game play to me feels like Metal Gear solid meets GTA5 . The little things you have to do to finish missions like hacking cameras to access others rooms to monitor enemy movements while you speek past them so you can hack a cpu mainframe , to me I like that kind of thing . The campaign right now has me hooked . I haven't done the free roam thing . There is a catch at any time you can be invaded by another hacker trying to steal info and xp from you but younhave the option to do it also at any time just by selecting a hacking contract in the in-game menus . Just imagine if you had access to or could with your smartphone instantly access anyone's info , a buildings whole security system , the polices mainframe , the entire city's infrastructure all there for you to use at you disposal to complete your missions .

So to answer your question Cheech , I like the game and would recommend it to people who like the whole big brother act in full effect gone wrong kind of thing .

To be honest I wasn't very impressed I know let the hate start to rush in haha it just didn't feel right to me I thought it was going to be like grand theft auto but with hacking but I went into it with the wrong idea and I think that's what messed it up for me it just didn't feel as smooth to me although I did like doing the fixer contracts haha

Yes m8 it is online aswell theres free mode ( 8 vs 8 ) and multipul other mp modes i got the game yesterday and love it yes the driving could be better but ignore tht its a hell of a lota fun very good buy

Yes sir , I believe you have to be online to play the game . Not shure though 100% . Remember at any givin time another player can invade your game and try to hack you .

You won't need to be online to play...but yes if you wish to experience MP and some random mofos invading your game.

Honestly, i'm having a lot of fun on it!

The campaign as Big Country said is really addictive, there are a ton of extra missions to do if you want to, and you never now when somebody will try to hack you.



I've seen a couple of glitches soo far but nothing that ruin the gameplay. The online mode is fun too, but at the moment into the free exploration (where you move around the city with other fixer as you are) it's difficult to find an opponent: There's an option that you have to activate (competitive mode), otherwise you spawn in the online mode as unkillable. If all the others players doesn't activate it, you only see people moving around without the chance to kill them. At the moment, not a lot of people has this option activated, result is that the free exploration at the moment is a bit boring.
But, there are 5 differents online mode, soo if you don't get fun on the free exploration, you can always switch to something else.

Into campaign mode as i said, there are soo many extra mission that i think it will be impossible to complete it all (even because they pop-up repeately, in different locations).
