Gamertag change help.

Ok guys this is to help anyone who wants to add the CAG tag in their gamertag. If everyone can please do the following so that xbox live demands anyone who wants to get a free gamertag change:

1. File a complaint for who ever is on this list for offensive profile gamertag.

So anyone who wants a free gamertag change please post your name here and say "I WANT A CHANGE"

We need to all file that complaint as soon as possible. Microsoft does this in automated fashion, the servers detect that there are enough complaints to make them change their gamertag.

Guys we heard a bit different thing from raab today about this file complaint thing. He said he heard that it could be as many as 50-100 complaints needed to get it changed.. so unless you can get that many then you might have to cough up the 800 ms points

yeah after i posted that it made me wanna look that up, i saw the 50-100 thing too, as well as many people saying that it resulted in a temporary ban from xbox live because they were trying to cheat the system. So i will change it myself the next time i have points to spend.

okay, first off, let me start by saying "I'm not the Microsoft police, even though I work there."

That said, guys, it's only $10. I know that may be a lot for some, but perhaps we can do something to help our brothers out here and there... I have ideas for future tournaments... if we can get enough to enter consistently we could put on 1 every month or every other month, and MS points aren't out of the realm of possibilities to be put up for the winner...

So for now, if you can afford $10, great, if not, just hang on and your brothers will come thru for you or you'll eventually find $10.

@ brando - You made a good point and gave me an idea. I wouldn't mind dishing out microsoft points to active recruits who become members to change their gamertag at all. That is probably the best way to show our commitment to our members and them to the Clan. Don't you think?

We would of course have to make it a little stricter to make the Clan now if we do something like that and maybe set a limit of how many recruits will be allowed to become "DOGG" after a probation period. I wouldn't mind giving out 2-3 gamercard changes a month myself.

Maybe the UCC Commanders can put together some kind of Communal Bank system where they have their Command Members donate what ever they can so we can have the money ready for when a new recruit becomes an official "DOGG"

I like this idea a lot. It would not be a bad idea for all new recruits and members to set up a paypal account either. That would be the easiest way for me to give them the $10 so they can use it on their gamercard change. I can start now by giving out 2 gamercard changes to our most recent new members.

@ brando - I think it should be once they get their Sharpshooter's Badge they get the official gamercard change. I mean that takes some dedication on their part and they "should" be rewarded from "Us" for doing such a thing. I will need everyone's help here but I personally believe that should be the way we go. What do you guys think?

I think that is a splendid idea, Cheech! Sharpshooter at a minimum first off...
