I train 3 times weekly at a local boxing gym and have been doing so from I was about 14 years old.started taking things a bit more seriously when I hit 17/18 years old.Monday,Wednesday and Friday are my days training at my gym.monday is cardio day so this is when I do all my running in gym.we run pavement runs with average around 3 miles,then back to gym where we work on a 3 min time basis skipping and circuits as any boxer would with a min break inbetween every 3 mins.
wed is pads and bags and Friday is strength and core day.
Tuesday and Thursday when I'm not at gym I try to cram in a run round the local town then Sundays are my well earned and much needed day of rest.u def need that day of rest to let ur body heal from the weeks graft.
