    If you can tolerate it . Try to buy the canned vegetables that they sell in the store that comes with the Corn, Green Beans , Carrots etc etc .
    Open it up and drink just the water .
    It doesn't taste the best . But you will be amazed on how much Vitamins it provides your Body .
    Its like a Vitamin B shot .
