It's always hard. Every person one falls in love with gets a piece of ones heart. A piece that can never be taken back. It's going to be unbearable at first. How to handle it is individual, but this is what I think:
Don't pull out the black book. There's no plenty of fish in the sea to pull in. Not right now. Allow yourself to be really sad about it. Don't buy into machismo. Allow yourself to grieve and even cry. The end of a relationship can be just as tough as a loved ones death, and it should be treated as such.
I wish you the best of luck. I can't speak for everybody, but I would like to believe that if/when you need it, every CAG Dogg will be there to cover your back.

Yeah...breaks ups are rough ...I remember when my g/f and I broke up over 10 years ago and were together once again ... It was a rough 10 years, no other girl has had the impact that she had and has on my life. I did however manage to move on and did fine for those 10 years we were apart. I let go just like that saying, "If you love something, let it go. If it comes back, then it's yours
forever. If it doesn't, then it was never meant to be"...
We crossed paths every so often during those 10 years and 1 year 5 months ago we gave it another shot and we are still together.
Just keep you chin up my Man, if it's mean to be then it is ... we can't fight fate, we have to accept certain things that happen in our lives no matter what and how they make us feel.
