here it is. after 2 days, they sent me a new xbox one.
now i will have to install all the games and re-download all the DLC. ugh!

I'm super surprised. As soon as they got my unit, they must of plugged it in, saw the problem and just replaced it. That's good customer service, although you could argue, better customer service was to not release a game system that would have these kinds of failures. redownloading everything sucks balls but at least you didn't have to wait 2-3+ weeks doe. i also agree with your previous statement.

The advance exchange only puts a hold on your card, its never reflected onto the balance. At least it wasn't when I did it.
