I'm super surprised. As soon as they got my unit, they must of plugged it in, saw the problem and just replaced it. That's good customer service, although you could argue, better customer service was to not release a game system that would have these kinds of failures. I guess you can never be 100% success on systems anyway.

I just hope this unit doesn't have issues.
