I just got a letter for selective service asking me to register do I sign it and send it in? I'm so confused with this thing.

You have to do it as soon as you turn 18

just sign it and send it back. every man has to do it at 18 if you don't they will come looking for you lol

Did one long ago. It basically signs you up for the draft if there ever is one. Unless we get invaded or WW3 happens a draft won't. Our military has been volunteer since Vietnam. Some countries make you serve a certain amount of years like Israel. Not a big deal.
