I like the guy but his career ends in Cleveland where all quarterbacks go to die. Period. End of story.

I know all these cleveland fans act like he is going to be their savior but honestly he has no good receivers, no real good consistent coaching because they get new coaches every year, and hes in the division that has some of the best defenses in the entire league. He wont have a chance to get going before they boo him out of his position like weeden.

Wow...Punisher that is some statement. I know the history of the franchise but there was a time when they were good. I'm giving him a chance there is to much parody in the NFL to discount him from the beginning.

Johnny has a chance. He has a good tight end and decent receivers. Plus the afc north isn't what it used to be. All those defenses are old now

Bernie Kosar was a long time ago my man.
Division opponents know each other and their tendencies. Pitt and Baltimore are fundamentally solid teams that can be contenders for the division with some minor personnel changes on the field and Cincy is one the better/youngest teams on both sides of the ball so your AFC North isn't what it used to be/old defense statement sort of boggles my mind. Baltimore had a lot of key players on defense retire and they lost their number 1 receiver. both teams just had off years. Cincy also made their first playoff appearance last year sine the 90's.
i should remind you that both Pitt and Baltimore have won a Super Bowl in the last 10 years...
here's an interesting article about the last 19 QB's in Cleveland since 1999 - more than 1 per season. not good.

Yeah the Browns did good pre super bowl era but during it they have been terrible and quarterback wise they just have been able to go right for even a decade. The same goes with coaches, they fire them too often, they may not even be that bad but if they dont make their bad team good someones got to go, example bill belichick, hes a great coach fired by the browns. You cant expect a team to do good if you change coaches every year or so, its too much change. I dont necessarily hate the browns, i might if they were better because they are the bengals rivals, but i more or less pity them, they do all this drafting and get some good talent, while also forgetting some key components. They need a receiver which they didnt draft and is the reason their draft was a B- rating instead of an A. Overall they just dont make the right decisions.
