Lesson learned: with babies around, always put the important things where they can't reach it. I've learn that lesson 3 years ago. My dog hate the noise maded by the 360, he destroy it xD

My Kinect keeps shuting off and turning on every few seconds. It was fine before the update and my games won't launch of my Kinect is plugged in? Any suggestions anyone?

Unplug everything for 30 sec, replug, reboot? Or you may try the hard reset, there's special instructions for that though... Maybe get with the Microsoft chat support
