Thursday 29th Scrim

Hey guys another reminder for our scrim tonight it is at 10pm gmt and 5pm est but if you can get on earlier it could be benefical as the team we will be playing roll around as a squad where theres one theres four more, also from what ive noticed our strongest map on rush at the moment seems to be hainan resort so if we get the chance pick the map id suggest we pick that one either way il be on before the scrim so if anyone wants to practise some maps or just get help with a marksmen hit me up on XBL

Also these are the tactics ive got for defence on hainan resort 8 vs 8

2 squads of 4 with 2 engineers 1medic and one support in each squad with 1 engineer in each squad running stinger/igla. Id have raz control squad b which would defend bomb b and id control squad a which would defend bomb a. also if they were too have snipers id ask raz to quickly change to recon and iradicate the snipers. On the second mcoms the squads again defend there respective mcoms maybe switch the stingers for rpg to counter the lav. 3rd mcoms we would need a few mines on the main road to slow the lav down id place our lav in between the buildings for cover or put it next to the water on right side. Then id take out a couple of walls that surround the mcoms it just makes it easier to cover the bombs. On the last set of mcoms we would place coupple of mines on our side of bridge to get the lav. Then swap from 2 engineers in each squad to 2 medics in each and 1 support 1 engineer also keep an eye on the back flank maybe place one guy on the back side of the hotel just to keep an eye out. What you lot think?

Sounds good guys,
Only one thing crops to my mind - when you's get the chance I would def stress the need for forum activity for competitive as you said it RAZ no one uses the forums which might lead to a big breakdown on communication once you all get together in game ready to play.
You know what I mean guys no use doing tactics when ppl are not seeing it.
I'm not saying no tactics as u all know its def needed but there's that cliche between doing it and the activity thing.

Yh thats also a factor if you cant get on forums but unfortunatly i cant send a xbl messege with that much info otherwise il be sending like four messeges and time consuming so il have to post tactics on here so the team can at least se what kind of stuff theyl be doing ib game either way we can always go through these in game if everyone listens and then we can talj about shit after its done lol

Maybe this will get members active then again maybe not.i know for sure a lot of recent members joined CAG as they wanted to play the game the way it should be as a team,running a tight ship within each squad.

thing is they need to realise that this all starts with the forums and the info that is posted ie from RAZ and Newley appointed vice competitive captain ZERO

If they all don't listen to raz and zero and delve into the info their spending their time posting and working their ass off for then it's not gonna work due to communication.these guys are working their ass off to do this stuff right and ppl just expect to turn up and play in a scrim.

Sorry guys but I have to say ppl missing out on information because they can't bother their ass to take 5 mins to look at the bf4 forums pisses me off.its not hard to do even if it's once maybe twice a week.
