    Headset adaptor only works if you have an audio out on your TV. I have TBX12 and a samsung tv but now audio out so it's useless.

    I think it's only the x12's that need the audio out on the tv I bought a pair of x12 and I gave them away because of this as long as your headset has a cable to hook up to the adopter on the controller you should be fine

    Tritton works just fine with the adaptor....and i'm using tge optical cable straight from the one to get the audio. But double check if the headset you want is capable to reach the adaptor rules or not. Not all of them are.
