This is just phase 1 of my plan. I have shared some details with all the games we play with the exception of Black Ops 2, working on getting some chat time with Mr. Cheech. So far I have the go ahead to do trial runs in Battlefield and Call of Duty on the Xbox One side. Titanfall is knee deep and doing awesome with it. I have created a group within the groups, and I have started sending invitations to people so that we can get a team going, so we can get a standard way of recruiting and share ideas amongst each other, and of course, everyone has access where they need to. I understand where Mr. Kuj is coming from, and I get it. I just know that if we can get this going and implemented and kept up, it will be a great tool.

I mean my main question, is who is tired of sifting through threads to find a marksman post or having a hard time finding a profile page? Wouldn't it be easier if all this was in one place, and every new recruit knew who to talk to? I just don't want to see anyone left behind, or anyone left wondering did I do it right? These are my objectives.

Well, the organization of our section of the forums is a bit off and I've been meaning to scrutinize it but haven't had the time. We haven't really touched it since I started in August and back then we had separate platoons for core and hardcore within BF.
