Copyright Infringement Update

[CAG CheechDogg]

As many of you already know, Unbalanced was using content, both verbal and images to build his website. I sent him an email yesterday asking him to please remove any and all content from his website within 24 hours or I would go ahead with legal procedures against him.

He has removed everything and he even replied back to my email. I ask from all of you to please let them do their own thing and all of us move on. I do not want to hear that any of you guys are going over to their website to cause any problems. They are no there posting or doing anything like that and we must respect the fact they wanted to leave. If we do that we have no problems and we can all move on.

Here is the email exchange with Unbalanced. So far this issue is resolved and there is no need for any of us to bother them or them bother us.

I saw that you did remove the content from your site...Thank you! .... I will talk with the guys about this ...you say you want to move on and be on good terms, if that is so, all I ask is that you ask for permission if you want to use anything from our site to model your website with....fair enough?

I have no problem helping you out Unbalanced, you know that, but what I don't like is lies and people talking behind my back and especially not someone who is committing copyright infringement. I have worked very hard to get our website looking the way it does and I have done everything possible, spent more than enough money to protect my website, my forums, my members and most of all myself from something like this. I really doubt you would want to have to fly out to California to defend yourself in a court battle over copyright infringement.
