As much as you are right about a tv show allowing this to be said about women and being scrutinized and being taken off the air, we as "people" have gotten more and more intolerant instead of becoming more tolerant to these types of issues.
Everyone now a days wants everyone to be politically correct with what they say. It has gotten to so bad that it has spilled over into sports with probably the most talked about issue being the Washington Redskins being bitched about their team name.
Everyone is so easily offended these days over the smallest things said especially on tv and the media overall. I personally do not care what people say about men or women and especially not Me personally. I have such a high tolerance towards this type of behavior that I just laugh at the people who actually have a problem with it.
The less we worry about and let bother us the more we can enjoy life is how I see it.
