Is there a way to track these in battlelog, I have never used one. I got killed by it once. Total derp moment, realizing what it was and what it was doing to me. lolz.
The names of these guys are totally up for debate, I am just using what they are to keep them separate. Just out of curiosity how are we feeling about the Master level of the current awards, like Medic and Repair for example?
So here is a list of potential awards, in order to move to the next phase of this, we need a list of which awards exactly we want to add to our Company.
Master Medic - 50 ribbons/1 per game
Master Repair - 50 ribbons/1 per game
The Healer - 10 ribbons/1 per game
Expert Healer - 25 ribbons/1 per game
Master Healer - 50 ribbons/1 per game
The Spotter - 10 ribbons/1 per game
Expert Spotter - 25 ribbons/1 per game
Master Spotter - 50 ribbons/1 per game
[Different Weapon] Sharpshooter - 3 ribbons of one kind (AR, PDW, LMG, Shotty, Sniper, DMR)/10 times
[Different Weapon] Expert - 5 ribbons of one kind (AR, PDW, LMG, Shotty, Sniper, DMR)/15 times
Team Player - 10 ribbons/1 per game
Expert Team Player - 25 ribbons/1 per game
Master Team Player - 50 ribbons/1 per game
The Supplier - 10 ribbons/1 per game
Expert Supplier - 25 ribbons/1 per game
Master Supplier - 50 ribbons/1 per game
Recruiter award - give members some incentive to recruit new members and help our community grow.
Recruit 5 people, in order to receive this award, the new recruits must have passed probie period and completed their marksman. This will also, promote playing with new members in that you want to help JoeNewGuy finish. Therefore helping him help you. Its a win win. There can be multiple tiers to this award. [This award is not solely based in BF, I suppose we can share the idea with the CoD folk. lolz]

I feel like the expert and master levels could still be 10 games but more ribbons per game. Rather than making people post like 50 games with one boring spot ribbon. I get a spot ribbon every game so achieving Master would not be that fulfilling, for me and the people verifying. Having to get 2 or 3 ribbons a game would put the player in a spot where they would actually have to concentrate on it a lot. Maybe even fail a few games until they get it.
