So here is another thought, why push for everyone on the same team? Why not use public servers for scrim purposes. I have found a great way to improve your game is play against better people so why not play against each other. It will keep servers alive longer and thus cut down on the whole follow the leader routine. It will give an opportunity for people to learn to work with their team more wholly. And when we can get 2 squads of CAG on one team do it. But not waste sk much time jumping through hoops to all get on the same team till we murder randoms to the point of quitting.
