I would say the same thing goes for messaging higher ranked officers weather it be on the cod side or battlefield side.
We have got a chain of command for a reason and part of that's to share the workload so that one person doesn't get swamped.
I would be expecting everyone from whiskey that has any issues, you move them up the Chain of command until they are dealt with.
The chain of command is what I would call our foundation and if u ain't got a foundation to build upon then shit starts falling apart.

Exactly John, no clan members should be going directly to the officers ...they should be getting with their firet-team and squad leaders first ...then their platoon sergeant, then their gunnery sergeant and so on ...

If a squad leader can not find a solution there is a problem ....

Well said I have be same problem Cheech but it's been settling down a little lately tho man for a while there is was clearing my inbox twice a day for shit that could have been solved by the squad leader please use the CoC

Follow chain of command and work your way up. If that first person can't help they'll let you know and then you go up the chain. Make sure you let the person who your asking know that your working your way up. That way they don't think you started PM'ing them from the start. Everyone I've had to PM has been very helpful so don't be coy.

Yes this is probably true, but i read everything when i can to this clan two year's ago and i even read stuff that was not listed on the canned at the time. So that's we're recruits are messing up and that then fire team leaders and squad leaders need to start reminding them.

This has been happening to me lot lately which sometimes i don't mind, but it gets me side tracked a lot. So fire team laders, squad leaders, and platoon sgt`s step up your game please.

Absolutely, it's just a way to mark as really important. There are several information in there and you can even miss the point.
But i'm not excusing myself at all with that.....chain of command in a place big like this is extremely important.
