Ok guys quick update on my current situation.
Still without a car but signed for one yesterday and gets delivered round tues/wed.still dealing with insurance and shit and will do as they legally have to keep the file open for 3 months in respect of possible third party claims.
I am however back to work,still got a niggly back but it's getting there,so il be back to my normal game routine again as follows - tues/wed/fri/sat/sun will be from 8/8:30pm - 10/10:30pm and mon/thurs will be 8/8:30pm - late,all times are gmt/uk timezone an also give or take a few days here and there for some family time and other stuff.
