Personally from my point of view man.you like tactics and strategy with a game and BF4 demands this the majority of the times if ur wanting to win lobbies,may it be as simple as moving as a squad to capture/defend a flag or providing cover for a squad mate planting an objective in rush(my fav) down to call outs on enemy positions and your own movements that ur squad relies on.
Based on the few games that I got to play with u on ops2 (long ass time ago)the orginization and discipline I'm referring to,it would be right up your street but on that note the game is far from being the perfect game.then again what game is?

Them awards must be done in sequence each starting from the beginning as in 0 kills once the previous is finished.
Sequence must go as follows -

1/ Marksman(which u have done)
2/ Rifleman
3/ Sharpshooter
4/ Expert

Any of the other award for bf can be worked on anytime.just the ones above must be done in that order
