Looking For a Good Headset

I've never had a good headset before and I'm wondering which ones are generally considered good. I'm not looking to get the best of the best, but a surround sound headset that will work decently and not break within the first month would be an improvement over what I have now. So does anyone have an opinion on which ones are generally affordable and reliable?

I like my skull candy slyr 2 and there around 100 dollars and they are great once you get the chat channels setup there a great headset and I've had them for over 5 months and they work perfect

i have Polk 4Shot's. they are great for me because i can use them for my PC and XB1. beyond that, i might have gone with something else for just Xbox use.

I think my brother has some from turtle beach, but there was a problem with using them on the ps4. I don't know much about all that stuff so do you guys know what headsets are or aren't compatible with the ps4 system?

i have the turtle beach x12 and i love them they are wired which is a bitch some times but i never have to change the batteries in them haha, i have had mine for over 2 years now and no problems yet

I would second the recommendation for Turtle Beach X12's. Theyre not the most flashy or high end as astros, but they are reliable and really comfortable.

Yeah my bro has the X12s n they def worth it for how cheap they are nvthe wire is long as shit tho.

If you like even Tritton 720+ is a very good choice. I have the previous one (dolby 7.1), and even if not designed specifically for the Xone, with the adaptor they work just great!

Personally, i don't recommend wireless headset, cause it's very easy to get noise from other wireless product around. Wire is always better on feedback.

You'll find it easely, and probably around 100 bucks or maybe even less ;-)
