I'm planning on being logged into the 360 and the One most of the day Saturday (May 17th) to field questions. Feel free to jump into my party and ask questions about the latest structure and processes.


I guess I should put some approximate times on here:
From around 11am EST / 4pm GMT
To 9pm EST / 2am GMT

I should be able to hear/see when people jump into the party. If I'm actively conversing on the other console, it may take me a sec to switch headsets.

Thanks to those few who came on and asked some questions. I'm happy to help out. I'll go over a few things that were brought up.

Chain of Command

Follow it. All of our leaders want to be helpful, myself as well. But we have a chain of command, and there's good reason to follow it. If you have problems, questions, or requests then take it to your direct leader first. They will flow it up to their leader if necessary. The only times I can see not going to your direct leader is if you have a problem with that leader which can't be resolved between yourselves, then seek his/her leader, or if your leader has become unresponsive (not talking hours here, people have lives, but days).

Format of Award Threads

Let's not be sloppy here. We request that our recruits include certain information in posting their marksman, like date, other members present, map, etc. For member awards, we require the same information so please do so when posting your games.

Monitoring and Recommending Recruits for Membership into CAG

I request that the Platoon(s) monitor their recruits (yes, we ony have one platoon, for now). CAG Sgt Bear has taken ownership of this and will be tracking and recommending the recruits for membership into CAG. He wants to do the official award recommendations.

Awards for Members

The Awards Request thread is working well. So, members who are requesting awards/medals (such as Sharpshooter), please continue to post in this thread https://www.cagclan.com/community/th...st-Awards-Here when you have completed the requirements. Please include a link to your thread that was tracking your progress.

Other awards/medals that do not require confirmation, such as Military Service and Time in CAG medals, feel free to request those for yourself on the awards page https://www.cagclan.com/community/awards.php.
