Help With Quiting Smoking

I do find I smoke more than I did before tho...so I can't advocate vaping as help quitting lol.

I like meeting others that have different setups to me...seen some abominations!

It's nice too...i used to go out on thr town when I first started, taking my SkyCig with me...it was a great conversation starter...hardly anyone vaped. Now it's everywhere and I don't feel so special anymore...just a veteran

I hear that man, I remember rocking an iclear tank with a vision spinner two years ago. My setup isn't anything to fancy. My mech is obviously unregulated so it's a tid bit sketchy.

Can't push myself into going with anything more than what I have now. The end game is to quit using tobacco products, and not have a cruch to fall back on (vaping). Although right now I do enjoy vaping mainly due to flavor and putting out a decent cloud haha. I'll have to upload a picture/or video sometime of my setup.

I still vape, traded up to an odyssey unit not long ago but after smashing the glass tank (it leaked ever so slightly through the cracks) I have now traded up to a new unit called "Curve 2"

Really happy with it as I can use while charging... Variable voltage output so I can control the amount and strength of the vape and also have an air tank attached which also gives me options to alter the rate of the inhale. (Harder or softer pull)

Dude, I bought patches. Day three after the habit of going to smoke was broke I forgot a patch on day 4. Last night tried to smoke a Marlboro light and got light headed from first puff. Hang in there you can do it!

i commend you for trying with patches. i tried that shit 10 years ago and dint get past half a day, i have a pretty bad oral fixation and idle hands (input obvious puns here) so i need something to placate that, if i dont have a cigerette or ecig to hand i end up chewing on pretty much anything from toothpicks to torn off pieces of paper :S

also: if i'm being honest. i think i like my ecig too much to quit

Try chantix, that worked for me the first time lol and maybe a ecig for your oral fixation unless you can find something better to satisfy it lol

Have to have doctor prescribe it but it works called bupropion makes your endorphins levels normal which helps you keep the craving off just one pill every morning and the will to quit
