Ecigs can lead to a higher disposition of tense emotions, and also have started to be linked to bronchial and other cardiovascular symptoms.
I chew on a toothpick, it hasn't fully cessated me from the bad habit of a smoke, I have one a week typically. I'm getting there though!
It's definitely not easy, and completly sucks Balls, just remember, you had to learn to smoke, you're gonna have to learn not to, too; and that each st you don't my be another day to spend with people you care for.

You guys still vaping? I've heard so many different pros and cons to this whole ecig/vaping thing I don't even really care anymore. I mean it's clear cigarettes are down right disgusting but they're legal to buy by anyone 18 and over. Clearly people have seen and heard all the negatives to cigarettes and then toll it can take on one's body. Hard to disprove what ecigs/vaping can really do to you over the course of 30+ years.

I'm still on it dude. I can play football for 90 minutes and badminton for an hour. I can do Insanity for 30 minutes...i could never do that shit before.
But like you say...no one knows what the long terms effects are going to be just yet. I plan to get off it...especially since my eldest keeps asking me to stop. Be careful...thr fruity liquid shit hooks you more!

I run an Aspire varivolt battery (1100) with the 510 fitting...with an Aspire Nautilus tank with variable air flow. I use the 1.8 coils, and oh...dont forget the beauty ring lol. Currently enjoying the Arctic Apple juice.
Been off real tobacco for three years now and experimented a helluva lot with different setups. This one is my favourite and will probably stay with me now.
What do you have chum?

Hell yeah on the 3 years man, and the setup sounds nice I have a pretty good idea what your running I used to have a Nautilus myself. Right now I'm running on a Clouper Box mod 30W with a kanger sub tank on it. I like using the .5 ohm coils myself. Also I have a dripper and mech mod. Mech mod is called The Tree of Life haha with a Little boy Atomizer pushing .2 ohm coils I wrapped.
