Help With Quiting Smoking

I've quit smoking for a few days and I am just short tempered as a mother fucker. Any suggestions? I have an ecig that sorta helps

i primarily smoke an ecig now... i use an ego C with various customisations

i buy super high liquid/ juice that has a high nicotine content and pretty much chain-smoke the damn thing. it stops me from NEEDING to have a proper cancer stick so i only tend to smoke the real deal now in a social environment

What about high stress. And I'm on 24 mg and that's the highest apparently

i am a very stressy person and at times i find it very difficult to hide my disdain and sarcasm, i don't know what i can suggest to you. Sarcasm helps me feel a little better at times but prescriptions for it are hard to come by

I have quit twice but started back up because I am week willed but I talk to my doctor and he had prescribed me some pills to take they are called CHAMPIX there a 12 week thing and I had quit for 7 months the first time without any side effects I found them to be BANG.
