Irish and Scots would definitely not be overly enthusiastic about receiving a british medal. LMAO.... also in response to another of your questions:

well unfortunatly for the scots they where foolish enough to join our kingdom so, they have to accept the medal lol, but hey soon enough they will have their own country again so no more cheap scotch

Definetly as soon as you sign that paper you qualify for the medal.
