is Titanfall Worth Buying?

I see you guys saying its a great game, its not a good game, its this and that...but I don't really see the "reasons" why it is or its not. Give me details, give me your impressions about the game and why you think what you think about it. Tell me how the jet packs work, how the handling of the Titans feels. GIVE ME FAWKEN DETAILS !

the solider movement felt clunky? to me in tight spaces. when there we three or four different angles walls i struggled to get to where i wanted to go. titan movement is pretty slow, naturally. i think they had sort term boosters though.

also, if you want to see some gameplay there are probably a bunch of video's on youtube or head to twitch, i'm there are some people streaming.

as blue suggested gameflying it might be a really good way to go.

You want this and you want that but all in all you won't find out unless you play it... Rent the game if you have to that might just change your mind in anyway to go wether yes or no.... To me soldier movement is a bit sketchy jet packs give you a minimal boost not a flying thing it's just for jumping and getting that extra leap in. Titans are slow if u get the ogre. I love the Titan movement speed if I need more speed well I'll get the hell out the damn thing and run my damn self lol. I do wish thought the titans can mimic your movements ie. crouching and prone or he'll even jumping but hey that's just to much to ask I think.... How ever I do like the camp style of the Titan, you can place him to guard a specific location or point (this all done while you outside of it which gives you that extra mobility and fire power), or even to follow you. Anyways just rent it and make ur own opinion even if u not sure if u going to buy it you can at least play it and see your self what u feel for the game is like.

I think player movement is slick and the parkour once you get the hang of it and realise you can just mash the jump button sometime in confined spaces...you'll be playing vertically in no time. You pick up speed as you wall run and picking people off while wall hanging can be very satisfying...especially if you're being chased and you secret yourself up in a corner and surprise those fuckers.

The titans are great...clunky and powerful and plenty quick enough with sprint and dash.

The audio...EPIC...love the audio. The sound of the 40mm makes me weak lol.

Really enjoy this game.

Ricn, I want everyone's impressions on the game so that I can put together an article to go on the main page based off of all impressions you guys are giving. In other words, give me something to use to put together a great article for browsers (players who search for Titanfall info) to read and help them make a decision.

I just couldn't take to it, returned after about three hours. The beta was okay, had fun there, the full game did not meet any of my expectations, so it had to poor.
