Topics from Alpha Squad Leader:
All fireteam leaders need to promote forum activity with your members, we need to make sure that we are using the forums as much as possible. This is where all the information is, and if we are not using the forums, then we are not utilizing the resources that have been provided to us by higher management and the leaders of this clan. We should also be using the forums to discuss and talk about things going on.
Recruiting - We need to start recruiting more actively. We are trying to grow our squad and our presence on the Xbox One side and in order to do this, we need more recruits.
Ideas and Suggestions from the meeting:
There needs to be some sort of attendance policy based on points or the three strike rule or something in order to promote activity within our squad. We seem to have some members that are not on alot or not playing with us, or we do not know what is going on with them. So we need to make sure we are reaching out to them and getting everyone involved.
We may implement a position within the squad who is charge of working with new recruits to get their marksmen done and keeping in touch with them to ensure no recruit is left behind. This position would need to be on at least three times a week playing with recruits and working with them to get their stuff done and keep everyone active. The more we are active as a group the better we can work as a team.
There was an idea about a tactical squad that was more competitive based in game types like Rush and Domination. But in order to make this happen we need to make sure people are moving forward with being active both on the game and in the forums.
Something else, that was brought up, perhaps a way to post the current recruits in more of a separated fashion, as of right now, the main lists are mixed together with X360 and XO and there is no clear cut way to tell which is which. This is also where the recruiter team would come into play.
