Perhaps, to get a feel of where we at, if everyone could say where they are, like are you familiar with design programs? Are you interested in learning? What is your level of expertise? Something I would have new design team members do in the past was to make their own signature that incorporated the logo for the group. In this case you would make one that had the CAG logo. Something else, you may mention is what software you have at your disposal and what you are comfortable with.
I will start.
I use Photoshop CS5 for the most part. I have access to the CS5 Master Suite. I know my way around Photoshop, I can do low end animation with Photoshop and I am looking into creating more fluid graphics with other programs within the suite. I have made lots of signatures in the past. Ranging different styles and methods. I have made logos and scratched the surface of vector graphics (graphics that you change the size without losing the resolution.)
I started this morning, by making a graphic for the site here. I noticed our showcase as I call it on the top of the screen that "advertises" the various portions throughout CAG is sporting a banner for Call Of Duty Ghosts. I have made one for the new Call Of Duty.
