Mother of god, it's been a while since i checked on my BF4 and lo behold, rented servers can now be purchased, don't know if im one of the first few to see this but i thought i'd give a heads up to the forums.
I shall keep my eye out for more updates on the server rents.

yeah they were added a few days ago but there were a lot of problems. i noticed they were back yesterday.

i rented one for a day just to see if they work properly and i had little to no problems. there was some brief rubber banding in 64 player Conquest, i also was getting killed behind walls a few times. not sure if that was because i got stuck with a USWest server or perhaps my ping/latency was bad.

one thing i did notice is i wasn't able to select my region thus getting stuck with one hosted on USWest (not thrilled, but could have been worse). not sure if that's a bug or maybe others were already rented out? i know they (DICE) said there will be a limited quanity or severs available initially until they know they are all working as they should.

i will be extending mine either May 12-13th or when i get paid at the end of the month. bear in mind i'm on XB1.
