Help With Windows 8.1

So I am not sure if you are still having problems. I am not sure if you are using Internet Explorer. I have found it to be trouble some. Anyways if you go into Internet options and add the website to rhe trusted sites in the security tab that should clear that error.

ok thanks bro yes im using explorer an ill look into that one other problem im having is I have sound when playing you tube videos but Netflix has sound as does everything else

yes I added the site to my trusted sites and its still doing the same thing jus have to deal with it I guess

Typically, when it comes to situations like this, I remote into a clients computer.

Aside from that, I can recommend DL and installing Firefox as that is the preferred browser for the site. Not to mention using IE on any Windows machine is always a bad idea.
