The get to know your team interests me a lot.i think it would benifit us all as we would have the feeling of actually knowing someone that bit better and therefore pulling members close together.
Sorry iv only commented now but must have missed the thread.

it's all good JB, better late than never.

the reason i really want to see a "get to know your team" feature is it is always said that we are a family. a family knows everything about one and other on a personal level, strengths, weakness, likes and dislikes etc; and i think that will be a great way for everyone to get to know each other from all Divisions within CAG. granted to i know some guys pretty well but a lot of them i don't and others i would like to know more and i think that feature will be the best way to do it.

Know your attacker.. Good idea... Many sites do something like this- interviewing members after promotions, clan wars/ vital matches etc

Platform ID: already incorporated within the forum sidebar... Just click "more info" button under their streamlined info feed on the left of their comment

News/ social media team has kind of already been covered with the interview suggestion

Marketing has been covered already with design and memorabilia suggestions

Also the suggestion regarding having wags model gear with CAG logo was mine too.... For you yanks to understand I may need to explain the term "WAGS" no contract or terms would need to be drawn up for these models as wags is an English slang term for "wives and girlfriends" it would be a way for us guys to show off our women and our support for CAG

Well put man and I agree there's always gonna be them members across platform and over different games that u never get to be online with unless they are playing the same game so therefore this could be an interesting way to void that gap and gain more knowledge and understanding of one and another

Previously, I had all these teams under 1 placeholder called the web team and then I had editors who were in charge of their respective divisions (designs, marketing, merchandise and gear, news/social media, and we had the awards team synced in.)

I think the know your team/know your attacker piece, I have thought about calling The Interrogation Room. I hope to have the first piece done tomorrow or Tuesday. But I look forward to seeing some if all of these things come to light.

Last night, someone (not sure whose voice is who yet) mentioned a tournament amongst ourselves. Taking this a step further one could use the fireteams that already exist or use teams of the people that play together the most and have a tournament that way. There were prizes such as MS cards but here you guys have Playstation and PC folks so that can go either way.

Game Nights - a thread or poll is started to pick a game and then when that night comes people get together and all play the same game. Like a GTA V or Minecraft or an BF/CoD game night. Hump day game night was something that could be done on Wednesdays.

As far as the platform ID I know where you can click on more info but what I am saying is like an award like icon in your showcase that stands for your perspective division/company/game.

CAG Cinemas - not sure if this already exists, but essentially, a team of people who make videos for CAG of anything from gameplay to tutorials on how to do well anything helpful really. Was thinking of this, when posting for the Design Team who is interested thread, found here:

CAG Member of the Month - Sort of self explanatory, there would be nomination forms that a person would fill out and they would nominate members for Member of the Month, there could then be a potential award for member of the month. This could also be used to potentially award someone member of the year, from the list of people that were nominated for member of the month.

that's another great idea, i really like that one as well.
