I just a had a couple suggestions.
Designs Squad - there is already a thread about this, but essentially a team of people or even a few people that can graphics, sigs, YouTube Banners, avatars for members and anyone really. They could even go as far as creating backgrounds for PCs or Macs.
Gear Shop - I have seen a few threads about shirts and other items with CAG logos and such. Perhaps if CAG had a shop with t-shirts and other items. I have seen other communities use spreadshirt to house their products and sell it. I am sure we could come up with something better than that though. But just a thought. Someone mentioned bikinis that WAGs could model and we could post, that is an amazing idea. I do not recall who that was. But awesome regardless.
Know Your attacker/team - This is something I saw a long time ago and never really saw again, but it is sort of like a member spotlight where say, I would go and interview Mr. Corleone, with a slew of random questions, and then post the interview on the site. This would give members and even recruits a way to learn about people that may not have ever played with before or know, and could thus make us stronger as a group.
Platform ID - I know in the profile system there is a place for the system you play, but is there a way to put this on the little sidebar that shows everyone's rank and awards. So like when I post in a thread on the site, everyone can see I am in the Xbox One BF4 group and say Shenan is in the X360 - CoD group, because as a Xbox One person I have no idea where people are or where they play or what they play. This might help new recruits become more aware of what is going on.
News/Social Media Team - I feel like I saw one of these somewhere, but just in case, a team similar to the designs team that is in charge of things like CAG twitter feeds and such. Where news can be posted on the latest in gaming news and even technology news. I am a tech nut so is what it is.
Marketing - Sort of goes hand in hand with the designs team, making banners and such that can be posted on outside forums and things to let others know we are here to rock your world and such.
Again, only suggestions. They may already be in place and I have not found them yet. But ya know.
