Damn every day I get on i see that at least 10 recruits sign up. Good shit we are really growing.
It's keeping these recruits once they have replied and we can only do this guys by helping them when it comes to gaming,navigating the forums,posting in the right places and general questions.
I also remember when I first joined I was a bit nervous of bouncing into a CAG filled party.if we have to be the ones to make first contact with new recruits due to nerves then I don't see anything wrong with this.
Iv been busting mass messages out to recent players last two days.all in all iv sent damn near 200+ to recent players in hope that we pull some battlefield recruits in.

I was the same way john when I joined but after couple games and joining parties it was a breeze an here I we are a year later

i have been doing a very similar thing on the Ghosts community forum throughout the day since the beginning of the week.... mailing members that are seeking to join clans etc. think i may have to add my refer link just to see if it's actually workingOriginally Posted by Johnbai84

Yeah like Johnboi said . There's always a shit load of registers n recruits . But only a few will actauly wanna stay and become part of CAG .
That's why its up to us to do the best we can with them . But at the same time not Hound them down .
Because to me if they wanna stay then they will
BE A VICTIM OR BE ON OUR ROSTER

The more ppl that we have helping recruits as soon as the come through the doors of CAG the easier the workload is.personally I enjoy the fact that I could be helping CAG obtain more recruits may it be cod or battlefield.

Yeah, many recruits do not stay and/or are not active. It is quite annoying...

I'm all about CAG. the players in the clan are awesome. When we have a full lobby. We don't lose. I like how you have to put in time to become more within the clan. Just like anything. You reap the benefits with hard work.
