Air Superiority is a good call, but what worked even better for me was Paracel Storm , with laser guided. You can get 2 kills per jetski and 3 kills per raft, plus finishing off wounded attack boats can get you up to 4 kills. I am absolutely terrible in jets, but I usually manage to get jet ribbons everytime I play this map and hop in one of the jets.

Air superiority is answer here to your jet kills I don't usually fly jets either but that's where I got my kills good luck
