Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling received a lifetime ban from the NBA and a $2.5 million fine.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver announced the discipline Tuesday, three days after the revelation of an audio recording in which Sterling made racist comments.
Silver confirmed Tuesday that the voice on the recording was Sterling's.
Ya ban fuck ya you won't get the 2.5 mill and all those players wouldn't get paid a dime and I would be in Jamaica smoking it up

About time "money" didn't talk ! Adam Silver just set a precedent here that every sports league's Commissioner will be expected to follow in the future. I honestly don't care much for this story for many reasons, one being that the Clipper's players all knew about this asshole's past, especially the lawsuit he had in 2006 for discrimination in a housing complex and he paid his way out of that. This time around his money is not going to be good enough and that right there is the "Precedent" that ever sports league is going to be expected to follow.
Does Sterling really lose out in that situation then? Hes allready made a fortune. If hes forced to sell the Clippers hes gonna make a shitload more money. His name has allready been tarnished now. Fans arent going to support him by going to games. Stars will not go play for a racist owner. I say force him to stay owner. Eventually he will claim bankruptcy cause the Clippers are just gonna go down the drain.
