Stay active, keep us updated on how your doing, let us know if you are going to be away, join into games with other CAG members.. and help out with recruits with their Marksman.. hey buddy i'm pretty sure priority was on the list for a mass removal. not positive but i think so. check and see if he's in the Whiskey Roster.

with the exception of Steez, you might see faster results by sending the other 2 messages on XBL sadly.

Alright, Bravo Squad, I'm going to need all of you to respond so that I know that this is seen.

First off, huge thank you to Blackhawk for covering for me while I've been away on this. It has been a very long month for me and it seems to finally be coming to a close.

Second of all, Myk, I saw you in the game earlier, but unfortunately it was not me playing :/ My roommate graduated today and had family in town, and his cousin wanted to try out some BF on a real console, haha. Didn't mean to leave you hanging there.

Third of all, if all goes according to plan, tomorrow should be the last day of my far-too-long hiatus. This semester kicked my ass, and a perfect storm of personal issues joined in with a lot of final projects and long-built pent up stress. But I got out of it with a 3.7 gpa and a plate full of not-a-lot of responsibilities left over, So I'm looking forward to getting back on the Battlefield, even though it'll likely take me a few weeks to shake off the cobwebs.

I will make sure to go through the forums to see what I have missed, but if you have any questions or any developments that you feel I need to know, feel free to send me a PM!

Not long before we made this squad, I posted my special expectations for Charlie Squad. Some of you guys were with me for that, but for the new fireteam:

I realize that CAG as a whole operates around a tight communication structure in game. One of the biggest lapses I see in this regard is the amount of times I join in on a CAG member (or even a group of CAG members) with a blueberry as a squad leader. This is pretty much unacceptable. When I join a game, I immediately create a new squad, and I usually have a near full squad by the end of the first game. That squad stays full after that and never dwindles. Best part: The reason they're joining my squad is because I'm constantly giving orders and earning points for everyone who plays along. I want all Bravo Squad members to make this a habit. I realize that when there is only one CAG member in a game there are times where you are playing with friends or you join in and the squad you are put in is immediately obviously working together, but the next time I join in a game with multiple Bravo Squad members with a blueberry for a squad leader, I'm going to be sad panda.

I'm not going to hog the actual squad leader position while playing. I think we should rotate that around (because the SL gets a tooon of points), and give priority to people with large boosters active. The rotation will be based on forum activity. I will look at forum activity across the board weekly and keep track of who is being the most active. It won't necessarily be a proper rotation, more of a volunteer basis (true rotation won't work because of inequal play times and such), but again, priority will be given to those with good forum activity.

The other rules of CAG apply just as well, and I'm sure you know what I expect from you regarding respect given to other players, either CAG members or not.

good to see ya back man. i love the stuff about SL role you said because it does irritate the hell out of me when i see a none CAG member leading a bunch of CAGs... thats some real amateur shit right there.
